With the enthusiasm that of a teenager, and the wisdom of a sage Marilu Henner is today's best model of a woman who has it all! She's a writer who is also a health coach and entrepreneur. She has also been credited as an actress and as a crooner. Perpetual Motion is how she is known by many people. Marilu's attitude to health has been visible throughout her entire existence. She believes that one can do everything with healthy health. However, it wasn't always that kind of way. As a teenager she was a dieter who yo-yo'd watching her weight balloon way higher. The food she ate was emotional and felt sick all the time. In her 50's, when parents of both her had lost their lives-her mother to issues with arthritis, and her father due a fatal heart attack-she recognized that she required control over her own life.
